    回收切削刃微崩刀具

    當工件材料組織、硬度、余量不均勻,前角偏大導致切削刃強度偏低,工藝系統剛性不足產生振動,或進行斷續切削,刃磨質量欠佳時,切削刃容易發生微崩,即刃區出現微小的崩落、缺口或剝落。出現這種情況后,刀具將失去一部分切削能力,但還能繼續工作。繼續切削中,刃區損壞部分可能迅速擴大,導致更大的破損。
    When the material structure, hardness and allowance of the workpiece are uneven, and the rake angle is too large, resulting in low cutting edge strength, insufficient rigidity of the process system, vibration, or intermittent cutting, and poor grinding quality, the cutting edge is prone to micro collapse, that is, small collapse, notch or peeling in the edge area.
